Q. What do I wear?

A. You are welcome to wear anything you feel comfortable in, something that allows you move freely. On your feet, we ask that you train in socks or barefoot on the Power Plate, wear trainers for TRX, boxercise or Spin (SPD click spin shoe also fine). Yoga and all other sessions are barefoot.

Q. Do I have to book?

A. As all our sessions have limited spaces, we advise you to book to ensure you get a space. But of course we do accept walk ins and pay-as-you-go clients subject to availability.

Q. What’s your cancellation policy?

A. If you have booked a class you are very welcome to change or cancel the session- as long as you do this 12 hours prior to the beginning of the class. Any cancelations made before this time period will receive a full refund.

Q. When I arrive is there somewhere to change?

A. Yes, we have full changing and shower facilities. With lockers to store bigger bags and valuables.

Q. Are the instructors and classes subject to change?

A. Our timetable and instructor schedule is confirmed in advance – although circumstances do change from time to time and so your flexibility is appreciated. We do of course try to keep any changes to an absolute minimum. But sometimes circumstances beyond our control require us to make changes. Anyone registered for a class that needs to change, will be notified well in advance and of course be fully refunded if they are not satisfied.

Q. I want to do your class, When do you teach?

A. Our online booking system schedule details exactly which trainer will be instructing each class, so you can book onto your favourite instructors session with confidence.
