Using acceleration training together with sets of movement inspired by yoga and Pilates, stretch Plate improves circulation and core strength. By also focusing on your breathing technique we can improve your flexibility and suppleness. This style of body conditioning compliments all other activity in your training schedule, and can be used to rehabilitate and build up muscle strength safely after injury.
