Classes
Each session is 25 minutes long and includes warm up, strengthening, toning and stretching finishing with massage. We open seven days a week with times to suit everyone – we have classes every morning, sometimes from as early as 7am, and sometimes we go through to 2pm. Monday to Friday we are open every evening between 5 and 8pm. We are closed for normal classes between 2 and 5pm. Full schedule available on request.
On Saturdays and Sundays we have four morning classes. Open Saturday 9.30-11.30 and Sunday 10-12.
You do need to be on time as the classes are back to back. On the first visit please arrive 15 minutes before the class to complete the necessary paperwork.
We reserve the right to not operate classes with insufficient advance bookings.
Post Natal and Specialist Classes
Some mornings we operate Post Natal and Specialist Classes. Our Post Natal Classes are specially designed to help new mums get back into great shape quickly but safely. The specialist classes may benefit some conditions, such as MS and those recovering from injuries. Please contact us for further information.

- Intensive Course – 15 classes (3 classes a week for 5 weeks) £150 (conditions apply)
- Lunchtime Special (Mon & Thurs) £10 each (min purchase 5, one free for 15+)
- Bring the Babe Postnatals – 10 classes for £150
- One to One tuition £30 (certain times only)
- Rehabilitation - 15 mins one to one £20
- Visitor rate / single one off session £15
Periodically we will run special offers, for example, we have had December Deals and August specials. There will always be conditions attached to these offers but please enquire about current promotions. Non-promotional courses are valid for six months from date of purchase. Special offers may need to be used in a shorter time, this will be clarified at time of booking.
Cash, Debit Cards and Credit Cards accepted. For credit cards a handling charge of 2% applies (Amex 4%).

Loyalty Scheme
After your first course we want you to keep going! We’ll give you 1 free class for every additional course booked with 12 classes or more.
VIP Clients receive one free class on every full price course purchased, where VIP Clients have attended classes regularly (at least once a week with only holiday breaks) for more than six months, excludes seasonal offers, lunchtime + intensive deals.
Loyalty Scheme Conditions: to qualify for free loyalty classes the next course must be booked within one week of the previous course finishing. Effective 26 May 2009.
